We know the challenge of packing for a family trip. We want to make it easier for you. Therefore, for your children, on request, we can prepare:

  • For the youngest guests:
    • a cot with colorful bedding
    • bath seat
    • changing table
    • bottle warmer and sterilizer
  • For slightly older, young guests:
    • a special extra bed in the room or a prepared, fold-out sofa
    • non-slip mat for the shower tray or bathtub
    • non-slip potty
    • platform for children
    • toilet seat cover.

Policy towards children

Each offer has individual conditions for the stay of children. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following conditions apply:

  • children up to 6 years old in the parents' bed at no extra charge
  • breakfast for children aged 7 - 15 – PLN 35,00
  • breakfast for children over 15 years old – PLN 70,00
  • extra bed PLN 50,00/per night - need to be confirmed before arrival
  • cot - PLN 50,00/per night - need to be confirmed before arrival

Parking - information

Each offer has individual conditions for the parking fee. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following conditions apply:

The supervised parking lot and the underground garage. Parking is additionally payable.

Cancellation conditions

Automatic prepayments are required in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders for scheduled payments due to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking at least 2 days before payment will be taken. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a missed payment, the hotel has a right to cancel the reservation.
