OUR SECURITY POLICY

SECURE LOCATION

  • we are located in the middle of the city, but surrounded by greenery, by the river, far away from public places, stations, shops and malls
  • there are no buildings within a few hundred metres of the facility
  • the space inside and around the building is very large and allows for maintaining safe distances of at least two meters in all hotel spaces

 

BENEFITS: Guests have plenty of space at their disposal - both inside and outside, allowing them to keep a safe distance of at least two meters. Guests staying at the hotel are not exposed to direct contact with large numbers of people.

 

SECURE PREMISES

  • only hotel Guests, employees and suppliers have access to the premises.
  • all Guests, employees and suppliers are subjected to the same temperature checks
  • Guests, suppliers and employees are required to wash and then disinfect their hands after entering the premises
  • disposable gloves and disinfectant are available at each entrance to the premises
  • every hotel employee has their temperature taken every four hours while on duty
  • only persons who have passed the security check may stay in the hotel

 

BENEFITS: Guests can feel safe, because there are no random people on the premises

 

SAFE TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS

  • The Danfoss hot water circulation control system is installed in the building. The system uses the most effective and at the same time most easily implemented method of thermal disinfection. Using this method in an appropriate manner while equipping the installation with a full control system (MTCV+TVM+CCR) guarantees the use of water completely free of bacteria and viruses.
  • we regularly replace, clean and disinfect filters in fans and air conditioners
  • we have a ventilation system with cross-flow exchangers, where the incoming air is drawn in from outside and does not mix

PERSONAL SECURITY

  • we encourage our Guests to wash their hands regularly with soap according to the instructions available in the various hotel spaces
  • we encourage Guests to keep safe distances in direct contact
  • hand disinfection liquids are placed in the hotel's general areas, reception areas and restaurants
  • we encourage all Guests and employees to smile in place of a handshake greeting
  • we encourage our Guests to disinfect their hands before entering the restaurants or hotel cafés

 

HEALTHCARE

  • a first-aid kit is available in the hotel, equipped with the necessary health protection measures
  • the staff is trained in the safety rules in case of health hazards
  • on request of Guests, a package with basic protective measures (mask, gloves) is available at the reception.
  • we have a newly developed hotel medical rescue system

SECURE RECEPTION

  • the reception desk has been sealed off by a plexiglass shield,
  • the reception desk serves Guests in disposable gloves
  • only one guest is allowed at the reception desk
  • we have designated places every two meters in which people must wait for the reception staff
  • we disinfect the reception desk and luggage trolleys after each Guest
  • we disinfect the hotel cards both before issuance and after collection from Guests
  • there are hand disinfectants at the reception desk - we encourage our Guests to disinfect their hands before filling in the registration form.
  • there is a non-contact thermometer at the reception desk to take temperatures - we encourage our Guests to take their temperature during both check-in and their stay.
  • we encourage Guests to use non-cash settlements; Guests themselves operate payment terminals secured in foil, which are disinfected after each use
  • we disinfect the pen after each use

 

ROOMS

  • we ventilate the hotel rooms after each stay for at least 15 minutes
  • every hotel room is generally cleaned, and all surfaces such as the worktop, tap, toilet seat, desk, handles, switches, air conditioning controllers, and TV remote control are disinfected with special disinfectants
  • housekeeping staff are equipped with face shields, masks and disposable gloves. After cleaning the room, the cleaner takes off their gloves, disinfects their hands and introduces clean items such as towels, bathrobes, bed linen into the new room.
  • the rooms are prepared with the help of an air purifier equipped with HEPA 12 or HEPA 14 filter
  • we have designated and prepared a room in which a person can be temporarily isolated in case of symptoms according to a procedure defined for this purpose
  • in the room bathrooms, we have placed a notice on the blow-dryers prohibiting their use

RESTAURANT

  • we ventilate the restaurants daily for at least 1 hour
  • there are hand disinfectants and disposable gloves at the entrance to the restaurant
  • we have limited the number of people eating at the same time while maintaining safe table distances every two meters, in designated areas
  • we've suspended buffets completely
  • breakfasts are served in Room Service offer
  • we offer our Guests service of dishes directly to the table
  • we offer our Guests breakfast service directly to the table 
  • breakfasts can be served in Room Service offer
  • we have prepared a special, extensive breakfast menu, all menu cards are disinfected after each use
  • we disinfect the tables in the restaurant after each Guest
  • we use disposable table pads that are replaced after each Guest
  • we have expanded the Room Service offer giving our Guests a greater opportunity to order a variety of dishes directly to their rooms
  • all meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with HACCP and Sanepid rules by personnel trained in health and safety
  • cooks and waiters work in gloves, masks or face shields
  • we encourage Guests to pay with a payment card; Guests themselves operate payment terminals secured in foil, which are disinfected after each use.
  • we have stopped providing bills in a reusable case
  • we disinfect the pen after each use

 

LOBBY BAR

  • there are hand disinfectants and disposable gloves at the bar
  • we have limited the number of Guests who can use the bar at the same time in order to ensure an adequate distance
  • we have removed the bar stools
  • we provide full waiter service; waiters and bartenders are equipped with protective masks, face shields and disposable gloves
  • we disinfect the tables in the cafe after each guest
  • we encourage Guests to pay with a payment card; Guests themselves operate payment terminals secured in foil, which are disinfected after each use.
  • we have stopped providing bills in a reusable case
  • we disinfect the pen after each use

 

SUMMER TERRACE

  • there are hand disinfectants and disposable gloves at the entrance to the restaurant
  • we provide full waiter service
  • we offer our Guests service of dishes directly to the table
  • we have limited the number of people eating at the same time while maintaining safe table distances every two meters, in designated areas
  • we disinfect the tables after each Guest
  • we use disposable table pads that are replaced after each Guest
  • all meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with HACCP and Sanepid rules by personnel trained in health and safety
  • cooks and waiters work with gloves, protective masks or face shields
  • we encourage Guests to pay with a payment card; Guests themselves operate payment terminals secured in foil, which are disinfected after each use.

CONFERENCE SPACES

  • we regularly ventilate all conference rooms
  • hand disinfectants are placed in front of the rooms
  • after the meeting, the rooms are ventilated and disinfected, which includes disinfection of equipment - such as a projector, laptop, switches, drivers, handles
  • the conference chairs are set up at safe distances two meters from each other
  • our terrace is a conference area of 40m2

 

KIDS' ZONE

  • spaces and furniture dedicated to children are disinfected daily, also after play is over
  • the toys used by the youngest Guests are disinfected daily, also after play is over

 

SAUNA - since 17.10.2020 no use

  • the sauna is rented only to one specific group of Guests who are accommodated together, travelling together
  • before entering the SPA area there are medical disinfectants
  • disposable protective equipment is replaced after each session
  • the handles of the office doors are disinfected after every use
  • cabinets, changing rooms, showers in the SPA area are disinfected after each Guest
  • in the sauna, Guests are required to sit on a towel
  • the sauna is cleaned with a cleaning device with HEPA 12 filters during the nighttime breaks
  • Guests are required to wash their bodies with soap before using the sauna.

 

SPORT

  • all employees providing rental bicycles to Guests are equipped with disposable gloves and disposable masks
  • the space in which the bicycles are stored is disinfected and ventilated daily
  • all bicycles are disinfected before and after each Guest

 

HOTEL SPACE

  • every hour we disinfect the lobby, restaurants, dining areas, public areas and spa areas
  • in the hotel bathrooms and general areas, antibacterial soaps, hand disinfectants and instructions on how to wash your hands properly are placed on each level
  • every hour we disinfect door handles, staircase railings and buttons in elevators
  • all lifts are disinfected daily
  • the hotel spaces are cleaned by personnel equipped with disposable gloves and protective masks, which are regularly replaced
  • we limit the number of people simultaneously occupying common areas
  • the hotel has set up trash bins that can be opened without touching them
