Our actions in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic
LOCATION
The hotel is located in a safe place, away from buildings, in a green area, near fields and meadows.
SECURE FACILITY
● Guests, employees and suppliers are required to wash and then disinfect their hands upon entering the premises, disposable gloves and disinfectants are available at the entrance to the premises.
PERSONAL SAFETY
● We encourage guests to wash their hands with soap on a regular basis in accordance with the instructions available in various hotel spaces
● we encourage guests to maintain safe distances in direct contacts
● hand disinfectants are placed in the hotel public areas, reception and restaurant areas
● we encourage all guests and employees to smile as a greeting instead of a handshake
● we encourage our guests to disinfect their hands before entering the hotel restaurant
MEDICAL CARE
● a first aid kit is available at the hotel , equipped with the necessary health protection measures
● staff are trained in safety rules in the event of a health hazard
● on request, masks are available at the reception
SAFE RECEPTION
● the reception is fenced off with a plexiglass screen ,
● the reception serves guests in disposable gloves
● only 1 guest may stay at the reception desk
● we have designated places to stop people waiting for reception services at a distance of 2 meters
● we disinfect the reception desk after each guest
● we disinfect hotel cards both before issuing and after being picked up from guests
● there are hand disinfectants at the reception desk - we encourage guests to disinfect their hands before filling in the registration card
● at the reception desk there is a non-contact thermometer to measure the temperature - we encourage guests to take the temperature both during check-in and during their stay
● Guests themselves operate the payment terminals protected in foil, which are disinfected after each use
● we disinfect the pen after each use
ROOMS
● we ventilate hotel rooms after each stay for at least 15 minutes
● each hotel room is generally cleaned, and all surfaces such as the countertop, tap, toilet, desk, door handles, switches, air conditioning controls, TV remote control are disinfected with special disinfectants
● employees of the housekeeping department are equipped with masks and disposable gloves. After cleaning the room, the cleaning person takes off the gloves, disinfects the hands and introduces clean things such as towels, bedding to the room.
● we have designated and prepared a room where it will be possible to isolate a person temporarily in the event of finding disease symptoms, in accordance with the procedure defined for this purpose
● in the bathrooms in the rooms, we placed the information about the prohibition of using blow dryers
RESTAURANT
● we open the restaurant for at least 1 hour every day
● there are hand disinfectants in front of the restaurant entrance
● breakfasts are served in the hotel's restaurant
● we have extended the Room Service offer, giving our Guests a greater possibility of serving a variety of dishes directly to their rooms
● all meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with the rules of HACCP and Sanepid, personnel trained in the principles of safety and hygiene
● cooks and waiters work with gloves and masks
● we have given up providing bills in a reusable case
● we disinfect the pen after each use
CONFERENCE SPACES
● all conference rooms are air-conditioned regularly
● hand disinfectants are placed in front of the salami
● it is possible to organize conference meetings while maintaining a certain distance and safety measures
S PORT
● all employees issuing guests landlord bikes are equipped with a disposable gloves and disposable masks
● all bikes are disinfected before and after each guest
HOTEL SPACES
● every hour we disinfect lobbies, restaurants, eateries and public areas
● in hotel bathrooms and general spaces, on each level there are antibacterial soaps and hand disinfectants as well as instructions on how to properly wash your hands
● hour disinfect door handles, handrails in the stairwells and elevator buttons ch
● hotel spaces are cleaned by staff wearing disposable gloves and protective masks, which are changed regularly
● we limit the number of people staying in common areas at the same time
● contactless opening waste bins have been set up in the hotel
We constantly monitor the recommendations and guidelines regarding safety and hygiene, recommended by relevant services that perform public health tasks.
