The SARS COVID-19 virus pandemic has led to a very difficult situation all over the world. We understand that travelling during such a time is more difficult and staying in a public place may cause fear and concern about being infected with the virus. Invariably, the safety of our Guests, our Personnel and all of our Community is our priority. Therefore, even more rigorous rules of cleaning and disinfecting the hotel spaces have been implemented in our hotel. They are fully compliant with the official recommendations of WHO and local authorities. Furthermore, additional dispensers with antibacterial gel and hand wipes with antibacterial liquid have been prepared and are at the disposal of the Guests. At the same time, we assure you that we are carefully monitoring the guidelines of medical institutions and governmental authorities.
If any doubts appear as to your own health or the appearance of any early symptoms of coronavirus, please contact NFZ (National Health Fund) or SANEPID (Sanitary-Epidemiological Station). The hotel’s Employees are also available and ensure 24/7 support for our Guests.
While many hotels are seriously affected by the crisis, our HP Park Plaza Hotel, which remains open, is involved in providing service for our guests, governmental personnel and other entities requiring our services. Nevertheless, according to the requirements of the national and local authorities, certain services of the hotel may remain closed or operate within a limited scope. We encourage you to contact the hotel directly to obtain any additional information.
Of course we recommend that everybody familiarize themselves with WHO guidelines and follow all advice issued by relevant national authorities concerning travel before starting any planned journey.
Peace of mind while travelling
In the current situation, HP Park Plaza Hotel has introduced flexible terms and conditions of booking for Guests from all over the world:
• Guests who made direct bookings with prepayment, without the option of cancelling, for stays between 10 March and 30 April 2020, can change the dates of their stay until 30 April 2021 or cancel it free of charge. In order to make a change, please contact the hotel directly. Note: changes are dependent on availability and are free of charge, however the price for the stay may change depending on the chosen dates.
• In the case of bookings made through other websites, please contact administrators of this website directly for support.
As the situation develops, HP Park Plaza Hotel will regularly update its policy. We encourage all persons who want to receive regular information about the situation and our decisions to check the announcements available in the News tab on the hotel’s website.
Loyalty is our priority
Taking into account the fact that travel plans are now being significantly disrupted, we have decided to grant to each Guest who makes a change in their dates of stay (starting date 10.03.2020-30.04.2020, booked before 09.03.2020) a free of charge upgrade of the category of the booked room in place of cancellation of your stay.
