HP Park Plaza Hotel in Wrocław
A hotel room is rented for hotel days, which last from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon the following day.
If the guest has not specified the duration of their stay in advance when renting the room, it is assumed that they have purchased the service for one hotel day, including breakfast the following day, and are obliged to pay the applicable fee.
A hotel guest should report to the reception desk by 12:00 noon on the day on which the room rental period expires if they wish to extend their stay beyond the period specified upon arrival.
The hotel will accommodate a request to extend the stay subject to availability. The guest is obliged to pay for the extended stay in accordance with the applicable price list, if requested by the hotel.
Upon check-in, the guest is required to:
present a valid photo ID for the purpose of verifying their identity;
consent to a pre-authorisation being made on their credit card or to leaving a cash deposit as a payment guarantee, or indicate another reliable method of securing the payment transaction acceptable to the hotel.
If the hotel is unable to verify the guest's identity, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation, service or conference facilities if verification of the guest's identity is necessary to perform the agreement, including the provision of hotel, conference or catering services, even if these services were previously reserved.
Prior consent to a pre-authorisation, confirmed by a signature or PIN code, constitutes consent to charge the guest's card, including if the guest has left the hotel without settling their account or if the service was not provided and the reservation was non-refundable from a specified point in time.
A hotel guest may not transfer the use of their room to other persons, even if the period for which the guest has paid has not yet expired.
Persons who are not registered at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After this time, hotel staff and security personnel may ask unregistered persons to leave the accommodation units, and such persons are required to do so immediately.
Quiet hours are observed at the hotel from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day. The conduct of guests and persons using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
The hotel may refuse to provide services to a person who violates the rule set out in § 4, point 3. However, due to the availability of restaurant services until midnight, guests may remain in the designated catering areas of the hotel premises until that time, including persons who are not registered at the hotel but are using the restaurant or bar services. After this time, hotel staff and security personnel may ask unregistered persons to leave the hotel premises, and such persons are required to do so immediately.
The hotel guest bears financial liability, calculated based on replacement value or higher, for any damage to or destruction of hotel furnishings, equipment and technical facilities caused by the guest or persons visiting the guest.
The guest should notify the hotel reception of any damage, defect or malfunction immediately after it has been identified or caused.
The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who, during a previous stay, seriously violated the hotel regulations in any area, including by causing damage to hotel property or guests' property, causing injury to guests, employees or other persons staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturbing the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the HP Park Plaza Hotel.
The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of services, guests are requested to report them to the reception desk as soon as possible, enabling the hotel to take appropriate action without delay.

professional and courteous service in all services provided at the hotel;
room cleaning and necessary repairs to equipment in the guest's absence, and in the guest's presence only with their request or consent;
technically efficient services and, in the event of defects that cannot be repaired during the guest's stay in the assigned room, the hotel will make every effort, subject to availability, to change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
At the request of a registered guest, the hotel may provide the following services free of charge:
information related to the stay and travel;
wake-up call at the requested time;
bicycle rental;
use of the gym;
access to a safe deposit box at the hotel reception for storing money and valuables during the stay;
luggage storage. The hotel may refuse to store luggage on dates other than the guest's stay or items that do not constitute personal luggage or are of particularly high value. In justified cases, the hotel may charge the depositor for deposit and logistical costs.
If deposited luggage is not collected or is collected after the agreed deadline, together with the end of the guest's final hotel day, the hotel may initiate the "Lost and Found Property Procedure", including any financial consequences for the depositor.
The hotel is liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in Articles 846–852 of the Polish Civil Code.
The hotel's liability for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if such items are not deposited for safekeeping at the reception desk.
The guest should notify the hotel reception of any damage immediately after discovering it.
The hotel provides a paid, unguarded car park, which is neither a public nor a guarded car park, with all resulting consequences.
Parking a vehicle on the hotel premises is permitted only in designated spaces and is subject to a fee in accordance with the price list available, among other places, at the hotel reception.
Parking on the hotel premises in places other than those designated for this purpose, including prohibited areas, entitles the hotel to charge the guest the parking fee in accordance with the price list, as well as additional logistical costs, including towing costs.
Hotel guests have priority when parking vehicles on the hotel premises. In justified cases, other parking users may be required to remove their vehicle and leave the car park at the hotel's request, including when there are no spaces available for hotel guests.
The hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of a vehicle or items left inside the vehicle.
The hotel is not liable for any parking-related damage caused to property or persons by users of the car park or hotel.
Whenever leaving the room, the guest should check that the door is properly locked. When using additional services, including the telephone or minibar, the guest is obliged to settle all applicable charges before leaving the hotel premises.
The guest bears full financial liability, calculated based on replacement value, for any damage to, destruction of or loss of hotel property, furnishings and technical equipment caused by the guest or persons visiting the guest.
For fire safety reasons, except for electrical equipment provided by the hotel, the use in hotel rooms of heaters, electric irons, chargers for scooter batteries or batteries of other electric vehicles, as well as other devices that are not part of the room equipment, is prohibited.
Violation of this provision will result in the hotel charging an additional fee of PLN 2,000.00 gross each time.
Personal belongings left in the hotel room by a departing guest may be sent to the address indicated by the guest at the guest's request and expense, with possible additional operational charges. If no such instructions are received, the hotel will store these items for one month from the guest's departure.
All items left in the room will be stored, with the exception of personal underwear.
Smoking tobacco and tobacco products, as well as e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all hotel rooms. Designated smoking areas are available at the hotel.
Detailed information is available at the reception desk, internal telephone number 9.
Violation of the smoking ban in hotel rooms requires the room to undergo deodorisation. A fee of PLN 2,000.00 gross will be added to the guest's bill.
