A winner of numerous culinary awards

The head chef of Panorama Restaurant at the HP Park Hotel is Dominik Brodziak - a representative of the young generation of the Polish chefs. In his professional work, he focuses on creating new, exquisite dishes based on an unusual combination of fresh, seasonal and regional products.

He has confirmed his professional skills by winning numerous awards in culinary competitions on the Polish and international level. He won: 1st place in the Professionalist of the Year 2001 Competition, 1st place in the Polish Culinary Cup 2001, A representative of Poland in the Culinary World Cup Luxemburg 2002. As the first person in the history of Poland, he participated in Bocuse d/Or Europe 2008, the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world. In January 2011, he led our national team during this unique competition.
